Photoelectrochemical performance of TiO2/WO3/Fe2O3 photoelectrode for water splitting
Photoelectrode from combination of TiO2/WO3/Fe2O3 have been prepared by doctor blading method using organic vehicle. The metal oxides film were prepared by mixture of powder and precursor solution, deposited on transparent conducting oxide glass substrate. The physical properties of the metal oxide film will be characterized by SEM and XRD techniques. The optical property will be investigated using UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The photoelectrochemical property will be measured using a three electrodes cell.
