In 2004 we analysed the possible implication of the vehicle power-generation system fuel cell based connect to power grid and in 2006 we adjourned the original data. In this work we analyse the possible impact of the main programs and public initiatives (based on: national roadmaps, strategic scenarios and specific laws) started around the world with the aim to support the transition to the hydrogen economy. Based on this analysis we to develop some consideration regarding the possible effectiveness of these roads (i.e. energy policies) towards the hydrogen economy.
