A novel IAHE Hydrogen Civilization (HyCi-) conception and a new vision for the future are generalized. At this rigorous, severe historical period, the humankind still has a real possibility to save the biosphere and reach better living conditions. This objective can be achieved by the only way, the way of the direction of ecologically clean and economically sustainable vector "Hydrogen energy – Hydrogen economy – Hydrogen civilization". The HyCi-Conception includes three constituent, mutually supportive parts: industrially–ecological, humanitarian–cultural and geopolitical–internationally legislative ones.
Legislative–economical mechanism of transition to hydrogen civilization is formulated, and the soundest fundamentals of the way to hydrogen market viability – economical basis of hydrogen civilization – are indicated and discussed. Really, there is a principal question: Will or won’t power hydrogen be in wide demand as goods of the world market economy in the near future? The answer on this fundamental question is given in the IAHE HyCi-Conception that formulates three base regulations of Hydrogen market entering into the life.
In the presentation there will be discussed some key objectives of the world hydrogen movement, and a special attention of this discussion will be paid to the future noospheric role of the world scientific–cultural community, to the fundamental importance of purposeful forming "hydrogen-ecological" mass consciousness, to the role and responsibility of international and regional legal and political organizations, national parliaments and governments.
