ABSTRACT: This research provides Pinch methodology which called Hydrogen Pinch for optimizing hydrogen network of Tehran refinery. For this purpose, first step was extracting the required data from PFD and datasheet of Tehran refinery and analyzing the data then at second step defining production, purification, consumption and distribution areas and at last by using "CPI (refopt) – An Educational Tool for Process Integration. 2ndversion. Centre for Process Integration, The University of Manchester" this hydrogen network was optimized.
